A project under iGen Technologies, Inc. for UK and Austria's railroad ticketing office.

The idea was to replace the traditional ticket booths on train stations with a digital Video Ticketing booth. It pretty much works like the traditional one but instead of the actual person inside the booth, the passenger will have to talk to a screen where the real-time video of the agent who is comfortably sitting in an office is seen.
